Adult Contemporary:
Contemporary dance is an expressive art form utilising the whole body and this class will strengthen and condition the whole body. Techniques such as contraction, release, tilting and swinging will be explored. Be prepared to make friends with the floor!
Adult Jazz:
Energetic, exciting and dynamic. Classes consist of a warm up to increase flexibility and strength, Jazz progressions to improve your technique in jumping, spinning and leaping and will finish with a Jazz routine. This class is fun, fun, fun!
Adult Tap:
You will master the common tap steps and learn proper technique to improve tone and foot control. Rhythm, syncopation and travel will all be explored. Come and have fun with your feet!
Kids Contemporary:
Contemporary dance is an expressive art form utilising the whole body.  Techniques such as contraction, release, tilting and swinging will be explored.  Children will also learn how to roll and fall smoothly to the floor. 
Kids Hip Hop:
Learn cool moves to cool tunes. Kids will develop coordination and rhythm and have fun at the same time!
Kids Jazz:
Jazz dance develops coordination, strength and posture. Kids will have lots of fun learning Jazz routines to their favourite pop songs!
Yoga Fitness:
Yoga focuses on posture, flexibility, muscle strength and body control. It conditions the entire body and is great for everybody. The class consists of a mixture of mat and standing work and utilises props such as balls and bands. Options are offered throughout the class to make things easier or harder. Bring your own mat if you have one.
Zumba Fitness®:
An exciting and effective workout class. You will have so much fun you won't realise you are burning calories, toning muscles and shaping your body. Come and party yourself into shape!
